In this interactive session Gemma will talk about the value of connecting with and analysing emergent culture in this time of hyper-consumption, AI and bland branding. She'll draw on examples of her work with global brands and orgs to bring these ideas and methods to life. Collectively we will explore what emergent culture might mean for Wolfsburg and how we might go about understanding it and working with it as we build a place and community fit for the future.
Gemma Jones is an interdisciplinary researcher, contextualiser and navigator of cultural change. She's spent 15 years leading cultural analysis and brand strategy work for global brands including Microsoft, Nike, Discord, Coty, and IHG, as well as start-ups and community organisations.
